A Prince Albert organization that helps employ troubled youth has recieved a large cash injection from the Federal Government.

Finance Minister Ralph Goodale announced today that the Prince Albert Metis Women’s Association will recieve approximately 50 thousand dollars to help troubled youth gain employable skills so they can work to repay debts.

Program Coordinator, Noreen McBride, says this money will help fund an initiative known as the Just Workers Program.

The association aids youth to make lifestyle alterations and provide skills to obtain and keep jobs.
