Ex-Marine from Beardy’s Defends U.S. Military

A band member from the Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation says he doesn’t believe recent media reports of Iraqi prisoner abuse by American soldiers accurately represent what the U.S. military is all about.
Chris Robinson spent four years with the U.S. Marine Corp and travelled to countries including Spain, Turkey and Israel.
Robinson says many fingers are being pointed right now at the U.S. Armed Forces, but most people who are doing so have no idea what it’s actually like to be over there.
Robinson spoke to delegates this morning at the FSIN Youth Assembly in Prince Albert.
