Employment Up in Saskatchewan: Labour Minister

The provincial government is trumpeting the latest job numbers in the province.

Labour Minister Rob Norris says 10,000 more people were working in Saskatchewan last month than a year ago.

He notes that 1,800 more First Nations and Metis workers were employed as well.

Norris didn’t have specific employment numbers for the North, but he is encouraged by the diversity of jobs being created.
