Elders Continue Campaign Against Drugs And Alcohol

A number of First Nations elders trying to influence and redirect people from alcohol and drug abuse began their annual walk in Saskatchewan today.

 

Kokums and Moshums Against Drugs and Alcohol is in its fifth year.

 

The group left Kinistin for Yellow Quill this morning.

 

Over the next few days, they will travel to Fishing Lake, Wanuskewin Heritage Park, Muskowekwan, Cowesses and Ochapowace.

 

The walk is scheduled to conclude on Friday.
