Ducharme Gunning for Cabinet Post If Elected

Churchill River Liberal candidate Al Ducharme feels he has the connections to make a difference in Ottawa.

Ducharme says if he and the Liberals are elected to power later this month, Churchill River residents can expect to see him get some responsibilities within a Liberal government.

Ducharme feels he has the potential to be cabinet material, and isn’t content to let Churchill River be represented by another backbench MP.

Ducharme feels he’s already established valuable connections at the cabinet and departmental levels from his previous duties with the Prince Albert Grand Council.

He also says he and Paul Martin had a frank discussion about northern issues earlier this year.
