This Sunday will mark the one-year anniversary of a homicide in Nipawin — and the RCMP are still looking for whoever was responsible.

The body of 21-year-old Arthur Dorion, Jr. of Cumberland House was found in an alley in the 300 block of 7th Avenue West in Nipawin on March 4th, 2006.

The Mounties say Dorion died after being stabbed.

The RCMP’s Major Crimes Unit out of Saskatoon was called in to investigate.

The RCMP say their probe has provided them with some information regarding Dorion’s actions in the days leading up to his death.

However, there is still a lot of mystery surrounding the case, and the Mounties are asking anyone who has information about Dorion’s death to contact them or Saskatchewan Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
