Dillon Murder Suspect Released From Custody

A second-degree murder suspect from Dillon has been released from custody — under several conditions.

In order to be released, 32-year-old Dana Lee Winnipeg had to post five hundred dollars bail.

If she doesn’t show up for her next court appearance, a three-thousand-dollar surety will be levied against her property.

That decision was made in Battleford Court of Queen’s Bench yesterday.

Winnipeg is charged in connection with the murder of 34-year-old James Noltcho, also of Dillon.

Winnipeg was arrested after police responded to a call at about 3 a.m. on July 21st.
