Dillon Murder Suspect Free From Custody

A 32-year-old Dillon woman charged with second-degree murder is free on bail, pending her murder trial.

Dana Lee Winnipeg was released after a bail hearing in Battleford Court of Queen’s Bench yesterday.

Winnipeg is charged in connection with the murder of 34-year-old James Noltcho, also of Dillon.

A date for the murder trial has not been scheduled yet.

A preliminary hearing on the matter was held last month.

Winnipeg was arrested after police responded to a call at about 3:00 a.m. on July 21st.
