Dates Set For Bomek Sexual Assault Trial

Trial dates have been set for a Flin Flon man accused of sex-related offences in Prince Albert.

James Michael Bomek used to operate a hot dog cart in the city’s downtown area.

Last year, he was arrested and charged with offences including sexual assault and possessing child pornography.

A clerk at Court of Queen’s Bench in Prince Albert says a trial on those matters will take place on December 18th and 19th.

Bomek made headlines a few years ago when he pleaded guilty to nine counts of sexual assault while working as a lawyer in northern Saskatchewan.
