Court To Receive Psychiatric Assessment

A psychiatric assessment is expected to be handed in today for an 18-year-old youth accused of three murders on the Montreal lake reserve.

The youth, who can’t be identified, is charged with the deaths of two men and one woman after shooting broke out on the First Nation the morning of March 2nd.

The youth has been remanded to an adult correctional facility ever since he was charged.

His hearing is taking place in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
