Churchill River MP Slams Canada Post

The MP for Churchill River is blasting the government over its failure to provide postal service in Grandmother’s Bay.
Jeremy Harrison says he was recently approached by the village administrator to look into why local residents have to travel to Missinipi or La Ronge to receive their mail.
Harrison says he was surprised to learn the news and can’t believe the government won’t provide regular postal service for a community of 350 people.
Harrison says he contacted Canada Post to relay his concerns, but didn’t get anywhere.
He is calling on the federal government to review the matter.
