Child Dies After Being Hit By Vehicle In La Loche

A four-year-old girl has died, following an accident in La Loche over the weekend.

Charges are pending against a 45-year-old woman, after the little girl was struck by a vehicle on Saturday.

Sgt. Carole Raymond with the RCMP says the woman was from the community, but her name has not yet been released.

Police continue to investigate.
