Northern wild rice harvesters are being asked for help in the search for a missing Aboriginal man.

Draper Lee Jim, of the Witchekan Lake First Nation, has been missing since February 21st.

Volunteer searchers with the band are now turning their efforts towards a water search after a few weeks of a failed ground search.

The band is asking anyone who may own a rice boat, and is interested in volunteering in the search, to contact David Crane at 441-4775.

Jim is 6’1”, 150 pounds, has a shaved head and a “yin yang” tattoo on his left upper arm. He was last seen wearing a black Adidas bunny hug, a white hat, blue jeans, and a beige colored jacket.
