Body Of Teen Found Floating In La Ronge River

RCMP are investigating the death of a teenager in La Ronge.

Sgt. Brad Kaeding says yesterday morning officers were alerted to the discovery of a body in the Montreal River, near the Big Stone Reserve.

He says the investigation is still in its early stages so they can not release the exact cause of death at this time.

He says four youth, between the ages of 15 and 17, have been arrested and face charges.

Kaeding says they’re asking for the public’s help in determining exactly what happened.
