Black Lake Continues To Search For Missing Man

A search continues near Black Lake for a missing band member there.

43 year old David Robillard was last seen walking towards the community on May 3rd.

Family members are worried as Robillard suffers from mental and physical challenges.

Freddy Throassie, Chief of the Black Lake First Nation says the band has brought in army rangers and a team of volunteers from the community as well as Fond du Lac.

Still, no one has seen him since the night he disappeared.

Throassie says the band is spending $3000 – $4000 a day to fund the search which includes helicopter surveillance.

He is asking for financial assistance from anyone who would like to lend a hand.
