A Cumberland House woman accused of murdering a Prince Albert man earlier this year has been committed to stand trial.
Alyssa Michelle waived her right to a preliminary hearing during a court appearance in Prince Albert yesterday.
She’s facing a charge of second-degree murder in connection to the death of 22-year-old Kelly Bird this past January.
Bird died after being stabbed in a city residence.
Michelle is currently free on bail.
A trial date has not been set.
