Big River Clinic back in business

The Big River clinic has re-opened.
Dr. Anton Lukac recently resumed his duties at the facility, which has been without the services of a physician for the past several weeks.
However officials with the Prince Albert/Parkland health region say the centre will not be offering in-patient or emergency services.
C.E.O. Cecile Hunt says it is not reasonable to expect someone to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
She says they have to line up another doctor to make that happen.
A nurse practitioner will continue to provide outreach services to the Big River First Nation on a weekly basis.
