Bellegarde Acclaimed As Tribal Council Chair

Edmund Bellegarde won’t have to campaign for his position in the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council.
The chairman won a second term by acclamation, since no other candidates challenged him.
The tribal council represents 11 First Nations in southern Saskatchewan.
Bellegarde will serve as the tribal chairperson for the next three years.
