Band Requests Help In Search For Missing Man

The chief of a northern Saskatchewan First Nation wants help locating one of its community members.

Chief Bart Tsannie is calling on communities surrounding the Hatchet Lake First Nation to help find Jack Peter St. Pierre –- also known as Michael St. Pierre.

St. Pierre went missing two weeks ago.

Tsannie says community members are doing everything they can to find him, but need help in their search.

St. Pierre was last seen on July 17th in a boat on Wollaston Lake.

RCMP located his boat the day after he was reported missing.

He is presumed drowned.
