Bail Granted To Josie Murder Suspect

A judge has granted bail to a 15-year-old male youth in Prince Albert accused of second-degree murder.

 

The teenager, who cannot be named, will live with his grandparents in Southend until his next court appearance.

 

He was charged after 18-year-old Dean Josie died on September 22nd of injuries sustained during an incident at Prime Minister’s Park.

 

Five other youths have been charged with assault in connection to the matter.

 

The teenager who appeared today will also have to abide by a strict set of conditions while living in the North.

 

That includes engaging in healthy, cultural activities and not having friends over.
