Arrests Made In Bust of Suspected Cocaine Ring

A Buffalo Narrows man is one of six people arrested following a 14-month investigation of a criminal organization allegedly involved in the distribution of cocaine in Regina.

 

29-year-old Charles Gilbert Favel and five co-accused made their first court appearances yesterday.

 

Favel and 41-year-old Jeffrey Boyd Bird of Regina are accused of leading a criminal organization.

 

Over 100 charges have been laid in the case.

 

Warrants have also been issued for the arrest of five other individuals.
