Arrest Made In Suspected Gang-Related Assaults

Police in Prince Albert have arrested a 27-year-old man who is suspected of taking part in a violent home invasion in the city’s West Flat earlier this week.

The suspect is charged with armed robbery, assault causing bodily harm, unlawful confinement and other offences.

He is making a court appearance today.

On Monday morning, one man was critically injured and four other people hurt when the home they were staying in was invaded by a large group of people.

Police suspect gang activity.
