Alleged La Ronge Arsonist Back In Court

A judge will hear evidence this afternoon in the case of a La Ronge teen charged with setting a fatal fire.

The accused is 19-year-old Blake David Norman, who played forward last season for the La Ronge Ice Wolves junior hockey team.

Norman faces one charges of arson, and three charges of manslaughter.

The fire at La Ronge’s Lakeview Apartments killed a young couple and their infant son, and left close to 90 people temporarily homeless.
