Accused Baby Killer Makes Court Appearance

A 28-year-old man facing a murder charge in the death of a baby boy on the Ministikwin First Nation will remain in custody until his next court appearance.

 

Gary Tommy Hill has been charged with second degree murder and failure to provide the necessities of life.

 

The body of 10-month-old Chad Lester Crookedneck was discovered in a pile of blankets in a residence on the Moody Lake reserve on May 30th.

 

The RCMP isn’t releasing any more details surrounding the youngster’s death.

 

Hill made a court appearance in Meadow Lake earlier this week and will be back in court next month.
