Name Released of Grandmother’s Bay Drowning Victim

R-C-M-P in La Ronge have released the name of an 18-year-old drowning victim.

Robert Samuel Ratt, of Grandmothers Bay, was in a boat that capsized Saturday in the McDonald Channel on the Churchill river.

One other person in the boat made it to safety.

Neither person on the boat wore life jackets.
