A 19-year-old man accused of being a part of a homicide in Grandmother’s Bay this summer has had his preliminary hearing postponed until January.

The accused was originally scheduled to have his preliminary hearing yesterday.

He remains under house arrest in Prince Albert.

The man and two youths, aged 15 and 16, were charged with second degree murder following the stabbing death of 24-year-old Michael C. Ballantyne on July 19th.

The two boys are scheduled to be back in a La Ronge courtroom tomorrow.
