The 2019-20 SJHL season is almost here and the La Ronge Ice Wolves have announced details for their training camp.
Camp is scheduled to get underway Aug. 29 at the JRMCC with registration and fitness testing. The first on-ice sessions take place Aug. 30 at the Mel Hegland Uniplex, with camp coming to a close Sept. 1.
The Ice Wolves will open the regular season Sept. 13 on the road in Flin Flon versus the Bombers at the Whitney Forum.
Meantime, the Ice Wolves say they have reached the limit for their hockey school. Ninety-five athletes have signed up this year.
The hockey school runs Aug. 26-29 at the Mel Hegland Uniplex.
