UPDATE – La RCMP say McKenzie was taken into custody in Sucker River about 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
He is due in court on Wednesday.

La Ronge RCMP are searching for a 30-year-old man who escaped from a correctional facility vehicle on Friday.
RCMP say Grant Kenneth McKenzie escaped from the vehicle at 3:45 p.m. while travelling through La Ronge.
McKenzie was last seen near Brown Street and La Ronge Avenue.
He is described as 5’8” tall, approximately 190 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes.
McKenzie has several tattoos, which include a cross on his upper left arm, a skull on the top of his head and a cannabis leaf of his right arm.
Anyone with information that could assist police in locating McKenzie is asked to contact the RCMP.
