The day to day operations of MBC are overseen by a Chief Executive Officer who implements the policies of the Board of Directors, who in turn draw their mandate from the people of the north. The staff is comprised of the CEO, a Director of Operations, a Sales Manager, Financial Controller, Bingo and Office Coordinator, a sales/production team, on-air staff, a receptionist, bingo assistant and various specialists and consultants who are employed periodically for the purpose of development and expansion. We also have a core group of support staff who are called upon as the situation requires providing auxiliary announcing and translation services.
Over the years, many progressive changes have resulted in the staffing of the corporation with a highly skilled group of men and women. The current staff is the largest ever with over two dozen full and part time staff and four support staff making up an almost thirty person contingent dedicated to bringing the best media services to the audience.
