2008-09 Scholarship Application Form

MBC & MYF are proud to sponsor seven scholarships promoting education in broadcast journalism skills to northern students attending universities or institutions in Saskatchewan.

Northern scholars/candidates who are enrolling at an accredited broadcasting college/institution or are seeking a University level degree in broadcast journalism will be given preference by the selection committee.

MBC & MYF are offering:

Two (2) $1,500.00 University Scholarships

and

Five (5) $1,000.00 Institute/College Scholarships

The deadline for receipt of applications is August 15 , 2008.

Candidates for each scholarship must qualify as a “Northern Saskatchewan Resident” and be applying for a course of study, which in the opinion of the Scholarship Selection Committee will be of future benefit to northern Saskatchewan Communications.
