The North at Noon is heard each weekday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on MBC Network Radio. The program offers its listeners an expanded look at the latest news, weather and sports along with the days essential regional, national and international happenings. During the winter months, the North at Noon is also home to a daily highway road report prepared by the department of Saskatchewan Highways.
The second half of the program features a daily segment called "North Notes." This segment provides information on upcoming meetings, funeral announcements, school closures and community events reminders. The North at Noon also features the Mayo Clinic's "Medical Edge" each weekend and "One Native Life" with Richard Wagamese each Monday and Aboriginal Columnist Doug Cuthand's weekly editorial every Friday. |
