New Executive &
Elder in Council selected for MBC Board of Directors
La Ronge Saskatchewan - Missinipi Broadcasting Corporation is pleased to announce the election of the new executive of its Board of Directors.
The executive were nominated and elected from current MBC Board members.
The newly elected Executive members are:
Chairperson William Dumais, Southend
Vice-Chairperson Teddy Clark, La Loche
Treasurer Roy McKay, Sandy Bay
Secretary Fred Roy, Beauval
MBC Elder in Council for the term June 2008 to March 2010 – Cornelius J. Ballentyne of Sandy Bay.
The new executive will continue to guide the corporation in its Mission and Mandate to serve the Aboriginal people of Saskatchewan with the best possible Aboriginal language radio services through its comprehensive radio network.
Missinipi Broadcasting Corporation strives to meet the extensive demands in the world of modern communications by providing a 24/7 radio service to the entire aboriginal community of Saskatchewan.
